Wire Works Batch #3 Single Malt English Whisky
Wire Works Batch #3 Single Malt English Whisky is a limited release from White Peak Distillery, crafted in small batches. This lightly peated whisky combines American and French oak casks, predominantly STR, with a notable influence from ex-bourbon barrels.
It offers an approachable yet complex flavour profile that appeals to both new and seasoned whisky enthusiasts. Limited release of 4,323 bottles.
- Sweet popcorn and fresh orchard fruits greet the nose, while the palate reveals layers of brandy baskets, ripe banana, and subtle sandalwood.
- The finish is smooth and sweet with lingering vanilla and a touch of warming nutmeg.
- This whisky is matured in a blend of American oak, French oak, and ex-bourbon casks, creating a delicate balance of flavours.
This whisky pairs beautifully with rich desserts like creme brulee or a cheese platter featuring aged cheddar, balancing its sweetness and subtle spice perfectly.
