What is The Fermentation Project?
The Fermentation Project is a global coffee community event co-organized by James Hoffman and Lucia Solis connecting one harvest to coffee drinkers around the world, to illustrate how fermentation shapes flavors in the cup.
It began at origin, where a single lot was divided into four different post-harvest processes, and it completes with tasting the coffees through this kit.
Archers kits will be available to ship between the 1st and 2nd weeks of November.
Our kits will be best for everyone looking to discover and explore the effects of fermentation of coffees’ flavors on their own schedule and pace — after the October 3rd public livestream.
