Case Vecchie Rosso Spostato is a natural wine from Lombardy, Italy, made exclusively from Merlot grapes by Paolo Ferri, who focuses on organic farming methods. The wine is unfined and unfiltered, preserving its purity and natural characteristics.
The grapes are macerated on the skins for five days, giving the wine its vibrant, fresh fruit profile. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts and has an alcohol content of 11-11.5%, making it light and easy to drink. The wine is known for its bright, fruity flavors and a hint of spice, with subtle tannins that provide balance and complexity. Its low sulfite levels further contribute to its natural, non manipulated quality.
