Strawberries and mint are a perfect combination and have been put together before even Roman times! With no less than 50% pressed strawberry fruit per a bottle this is full of flavour. Balanced by a touch of three different types of mint; garden mint, peppermint and pineapple mint to give a wonderful lifting note to your tonic or champagne.
Product Description
Manchester based and big on experimentation their range definitely could not be criticised for not having character. Zymurgorium is not only a distillery but a Meadery & Brewery. The rather fantastic name is an amalgamation of the words Zymurgy and Emporium; Zymurgy is the study of scientific brewing and an emporium is a shop that sells various items and trinkets.
Tasting Notes
A classic combination, great for garden parties.
