Great wines don’t always come from great traditions, and in the new world, some of the most impressive creations come from those not afraid to take risks. Enter the winemakers at Wyetha Flame, who’ve used their passion and know-how of Californian wine to bring forth this unique Viognier and Pinot Gris blend. The Viognier grape thrives in the harsh, arid conditions of Paso Robles, and when combined with a splash of Pinot Gris, evolves into a wine with an exciting burst of freshness and intensity. With each sip, you’ll taste bright notes of white peaches, lychee, jasmine, and lavender. Get some chicken fajitas on the grill, sit back, and enjoy.
