The Wild Folk Bee's Knees is easy breezy and all about the honey. Compared to some of their 'spritz-ier' offerings, the bitterness and earth are turned way down in favour of honey citrus and floral notes. Another excellent riff on a classic cocktail, but with "none of the buzzzz". (Jokes by Wild Folk)
The angelica root gives a kind of carrot-y vibe. Carrots. Peter Rabbit. Cake. Easter. Pastels. Honey. Flowers. Sunshine. Dopamine. Cuteness. Smiling. Good feelings. It's all there.
