Production Process
Crafted from a carefully selected five-malt barley bill, the whiskey is fermented with Belgian brewer's yeast, enhancing its fruity and complex profile. It is aged in a combination of ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, as well as new American oak barrels. This diverse cask selection contributes layers of richness and depth to the spirit.
