This is a clean, citrus-forward gin with exceptional smoothness, driven by its unique potato base. Unlike classic London Dry styles, it leans lighter on juniper and heavier on fresh botanicals, making it highly approachable and versatile. A strong crossover gin for vodka drinkers and a compelling option for modern cocktail programs.
Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced in Ireland by The Muff Liquor Company, this gin is built on a base of distilled Irish potatoes, giving it a naturally creamy, rounded mouthfeel that sets it apart from grain-based gins.
The spirit is infused with a carefully selected blend of botanicals including mandarin, citrus peels, elderflower, rosemary, and juniper, creating a balanced, aromatic profile with a distinctly fresh character.
Botanicals are cold-infused prior to distillation, allowing their flavors to integrate seamlessly before being distilled and proofed to 40% ABV.
A unique finishing touch is the addition of a Champagne extract, which subtly enhances brightness and texture without overpowering the core profile.
The result is a gin that prioritizes texture, citrus lift, and balance, rather than aggressive juniper intensity.
