Good Goat Milk Company Full Cream Goat Milk Powder is a single-ingredient, gently dried New Zealand goat milk that delivers a creamy, mild, easy-mixing dairy option for everyday use.
Made from whole goat milk sourced on family-run New Zealand farms, this 14oz powder offers a pantry-stable way to enjoy goat milk’s naturally gentle profile. It contains only pure goat milk — no additives, flavors, preservatives, or fillers — and is processed to preserve a smooth texture that reconstitutes quickly in hot or cold liquids. The product is naturally A2, non-GMO, free from added hormones and antibiotics, and certified glyphosate residue free by The Detox Project.
How does this powder perform when mixed into coffee, tea, and smoothies?
Users report the powder dissolves with minimal clumps and adds a subtle creaminess without dominating flavor. It blends well with hot beverages and cold shakes, giving a silky mouthfeel that suits lattes, protein shakes, and smoothies.
- Reconstitutes smoothly in hot water for coffee and tea
- Easily incorporated into cold smoothies when pre-dissolved or blended
- Mild flavor enhances drinks without overpowering other ingredients
- Produces a creamy texture similar to fresh whole milk
Why might someone pick goat milk powder over cow milk powder?
Goat milk naturally contains only A2 beta-casein, smaller fat globules, and typically less lactose than cow’s milk, which can make it easier to digest for some people. This product gives those nutritional and textural differences in a shelf-stable format suitable for daily use.
- A2-only protein profile, naturally present in goat milk
- Smaller fat globules often perceived as smoother on the palate
- Lower lactose content compared with many cow milks
- Rich source of protein, calcium, potassium, essential fatty acids, and B vitamins
What are the sourcing and safety standards for this New Zealand milk?
The milk is produced on family farms in New Zealand where goats have year-round outdoor access and are fed a pasture-based diet. The powder is gently pasteurized and spray-dried with no added ingredients, and it carries certifications for non-GMO status and glyphosate residue testing.
- Sourced from family farms with pasture access (grass, clover, lucerne)
- Gently pasteurized then dried to retain creamy texture
- No hormones or antibiotics added to animals
- Third-party glyphosate residue certification by The Detox Project
How can I use this goat milk powder in everyday cooking and baking?
The powder works as a one-to-one substitute for whole milk powder in many recipes and can be reconstituted to drink or used dry in mixes. It’s particularly useful for baking, cereals, soups, and portable meal prep where fresh milk isn’t practical.
- Reconstitute for drinking, pouring, or as a milk substitute in recipes
- Add directly to dry mixes for pancakes, cookies, and breads
- Blend into yogurt, oatmeal, or protein shakes for extra creaminess
- Handy for travel, camping, and emergency pantry reserves
Who is this for? This product suits households and individuals seeking a single-ingredient goat milk alternative that’s shelf-stable and versatile: people who prefer a milder dairy option, those exploring A2-only milks, cooks and bakers needing a creamy powdered milk, and anyone who wants New Zealand-sourced dairy on hand without additives. It’s intended for family members aged 12 months and older; consult pediatric or healthcare guidance for infants under 12 months. Use as a dietary ingredient, not a medical treatment.
