This exceptional wine is part of our Fine Wine Collection.
Winemaking Sourced from historic vineyards in Cachapoal and Maule, this blend reflects the depth and complexity of Chile’s old vines while embracing modern winemaking finesse. Winemakers selected Carménère for its plushness and deep blackberry and plum flavors, and they chose Carignan for its vibrant acidity and firm tannic structure — ensuring a well-rounded, harmonious experience.
Vintage The 2024 vintage reflects the unique synergy of Chile’s historic vineyards, with a focus on ripeness and structure. Warm days and cool nights in Cachapoal nurtured Carménère’s depth and spice, while the rugged, dry-farmed soils of Maule provided Carignan with vibrancy and tannic backbone. Steady maturation ensured each varietal reached optimal expression, resulting in a blend that speaks of terroir and craftsmanship. This vintage is a testament to the dedication of Chilean viticulture, honoring old-vine traditions while embracing modern precision in blending.
Pairing Logic This robust and layered red blend is perfect for pairing with deeply savory and spice-kissed dishes. Its lush blackberry and plum flavors, complemented by baking spices and a touch of black pepper, make it a natural match for braised short ribs, grilled lamb, or smoky barbecued fare. For a vegetarian option, roasted root vegetables, wild mushrooms, and aged cheeses will highlight the wine’s bold structure and lingering spice.
