We are excited to introduce the newest addition to our Australian wine portfolio. Tallax is all about combining the expected and unexpected. These wines feature unique twists on classic varietals that will introduce you to new sides of your favorite go-to grapes. Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the savory side of this popular varietal with warming notes of oak and spice. This is not the big, bold-fruited Cabernet Sauvignon you may usually expect from South Eastern Australia. Instead, it leans soft and juicy. Fruit characteristics play a supporting role to oak, rather than the other way around. This wine makes a delicious choice for Cab-lovers looking to expand their palate or red wine drinkers who usually reach for savory Syrah, Cabernet Franc or Tempranillo.
