Stella Rosa Smooth Black Berry Brandy takes the fruit-forward personality of the brand's wines into spirit form. The base comes from white Trebbiano grapes grown in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy, picked at peak ripeness so their natural aromatics and body carry through. Fermentation happens in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by double distillation in copper pot stills using the Italian Charentais method, then aging in Slavonian oak casks that lend the brandy its velvety finish.
All-natural flavors of ripe blackberries, fresh blueberries, and sweet raspberries are blended in, giving the 750 ml bottle a berry-rich profile that stays balanced rather than heavy. At 35% ABV and presented in Stella Rosa's custom glass, it works neat, over ice, or stirred into cocktails, with Italian craftsmanship evident in each pour.
