Cuvée La Grande Bleue embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where generous sunshine and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir. This organic white wine highlights grape varieties emblematic of the South of France, offering freshness and an aromatic palette centered on fruit.
Pale yellow in color, with slightly green highlights. The nose is expressive, developing white-fleshed fruit aromas (pear, peach) and citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). Viognier adds a subtle exotic note. The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity, with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray. Gerard Bertrand
Blend: 35% Rolle, 20% Grenache Blanc, 15% Viognier and 15% Chardonnay
90 Points - Wine Enthusiast
Waxy aromas of honey, sandstone, wet clay and lemon bar introduce the nose to this white blend. It's brisk, sharp and flashy on the palate, with apple skim flavors making a perfect pairing to warm summer nights along the Mediterranean Sea.
