Limited Quantity Release! Winemaker's Note:
In honour of our 25th anniversary, we've crafted this traditional method sparkling with zero dosage resulting in an extra brut sparkling. This very special sparkling is a blend of 85% Pinot Noir from 2011 and 15% Chardonnay from 2013.
Tasting Notes:
The nose of this wine is delicate with notes of brioche, apple blossom and Asian Pear. The palate has expressive notes of marzipan and baked apple with a tart and crisp finish.
