Select Club Caramel Apple Whisky is a flavored Canadian whisky from Select Club. The base whisky is aged in American oak barrels that once held bourbon, then filtered several times for a smoother taste, and each bottle is finished by hand. It is bottled at 35% ABV, or 70 proof.
Tart green apple jumps out of the glass first, with warm burnt caramel right behind it. On the palate, crisp apple and rich caramel sit side by side, and the finish lingers on caramel and apple, much like the real treat.
Serve it chilled, over ice, or mixed with cider or ginger ale for an easy fall drink. It is made for dessert lovers and anyone who enjoys flavored whiskey that is playful rather than serious.
