This vintage opens with a lively bouquet of fresh strawberries, juicy raspberries, and ripe cherries, layered with delicate notes of melon and honeysuckle. On the palate, its vibrant high acidity and extra-dry style create a refreshing balance, enhanced by a whisper of residual sugar for roundness. At 12.5% alcohol, it’s light, crisp, and effortlessly drinkable, making it an ideal companion for sun-soaked afternoons and casual gatherings.

Winemaker Notes
Crafted from hand-harvested Gamay Noir and Merlot, Ravine Rosé captures the essence of our cool-climate vineyards in every sip. The Gamay Noir, sourced from our Niagara-on-the-Lake property, brings bright red fruit and floral elegance, while the Merlot from our Estate Vineyard adds subtle richness and structure
Food Pairing Notes
Pair it with wood-fired pizza, rainbow trout, fresh salads, or creamy soft cheeses for a perfect match. Whether enjoyed on the patio or shared over a leisurely meal, Ravine Rosé 2024 is a true expression of Niagara terroir—bright, elegant, and ready to drink now.
