Privada Storytelling
The Red Anchor Admiral resurrects a storied legacy—originally founded in 1772, reimagined for its 250th anniversary in 2022. United Cigars partnered with Hendrik Kelner Jr.'s Kelner Boutique Factory to bring history back to life in a bold yet refined form
This cigar is about balance: honoring heritage while embracing contemporary craft. Light one up and you're greeted with creamy espresso and aromatic cedar—a gateway into layers of leather, chocolate, maple sweetness, and a spicy finish. It’s a smoke that feels both rooted and relevant, ideal for moments when reflection meets revelation.
In the Privada collection, the Admiral belongs on the mantle for its narrative depth. It’s not just a cigar—it’s a vessel for centuries. It invites slow appreciation, conversation, and a sense of place in time.
Flavor Journey
First third: Opens with creamy espresso, warm cedar, and light leather, faint notes of dried fruit emerging .
Mid-smoke: Cocoa and roasted nuts layer in alongside hay and natural tobacco; floral whispers deepen the profile .
Final third: Earth, pepper, maple sweetness, and sourdough notes linger. Complexity peaks with a sturdy, memorable finish .
Why It Belongs in Privada
Privada honors cigars steeped in story and substance. The Admiral offers both—heritage revived and craftsmanship sharpened. It’s for the smoker who values continuity, character, and context. This isn’t a fleeting trend; it’s a timeless expression.
