Crafted by the oldest family-operated winery in Alicante, Spain, Primitivo Quiles Rojo Vermouth is a deeply complex, artisanal sweet vermouth that delivers an authentic taste of Spanish aperitif culture. Built on a rich base of 100% Monastrell grapes and aged using an 80-year-old family method, this exceptional vermouth features a beautifully balanced, bittersweet profile macerated with mountain botanicals like fennel, sage, and clove. On the palate, its gentle sweetness gives way to notes of kola nut, warm baking spices, and a unique balsamic warmth, all finishing with a crisp hint of citrus bark. Perfectly enjoyed the traditional Spanish way—poured over ice with a slice of orange—or utilized as a bold, sophisticated upgrade to a classic Negroni, it is a versatile bottle for any home bar.
