Buckle up for a wild ride with Preservation Distillery’s Pot Still Wheated Bourbon Whiskey. Born in Bardstown, Kentucky, this small-batch stunner flexes its muscles with a 6-7 year age and a hefty 117.2 proof. Distilled entirely on-site using traditional pot stills, it’s a farm-to-glass triumph that screams craftsmanship. Think rich, wheated goodness—smooth yet bold, with a complexity that sneaks up like a fox in the henhouse. The Preservation crew waited years to unleash this beauty, and it’s worth every second. Sip it neat to feel the Kentucky terroir, or let it strut its stuff in a cocktail. Either way, this bourbon’s a knockout that’ll have you craving more.
Pick is by our distro, with whom we've collaborated a lot on previous projects and whose palate we trust.
