Brimming with vibrant honeydew, juicy mandarin, and a splash of pineapple, this Pinot Gris is made for golden hours and spontaneous pours.
Tasting Notes: Brimming with vibrant honeydew, juicy mandarin, and a splash of pineapple, this Pinot Gris is made for golden hours and spontaneous pours.
Farm Notes: Jones, Two Guns Vineyard - Washington
Maker Notes: The Pinot Gris Village was fermented in 100% stainless steel using a carefully selected yeast that would help accentuate the tropical flavours in the wine. Racked off lees following fermentation, this wine retained its natural acidity to achieve the light and fruity Pinot Gris intended for the Village tier.
Food Pairing Notes: Pairs well with starters, salads, white fish & spicy dishes – also pairs well with patios and sunshine.
