Peddlers Shanghai Craft Gin
Peddlers Shanghai Craft Gin is a small-batch spirit distilled in Shanghai, China, by Peddlers Gin Co., an award-winning producer founded to reflect the energy of the world’s largest trading port. The brand has earned recognition at the San Francisco World Spirits Awards and CWSA for its bold, East-meets-West approach.
This gin is crafted from a blend of eleven rare botanicals sourced across Asia and Europe. Key ingredients include Buddha’s Hand from Yunnan, Sichuan pepper from Qingxi, lotus root from Gansu, and Hungarian juniper. It is certified vegan and vegetarian.
- Peddlers Shanghai Craft Gin opens with citrus brightness from Buddha’s Hand and floral spice
- The palate reveals warming Sichuan pepper, herbal depth and subtle sweetness from lotus and liquorice
- Finishes smooth and layered, with lingering citrus, spice and soft juniper
Pairs well with spicy Szechuan dishes, seafood dumplings or cold sesame noodles.
