Bright, refreshing, and unmistakably Californian, Pacific Coast Spirits California Citrus Gin puts a vibrant, fruit-forward twist on the American gin style. Distilled in small batches using a dedicated still to preserve the purity of its botanicals, this gin features a carefully sourced blend of juniper, coriander, cardamom, orris root, and angelica root—elevated by sun-kissed lemon and orange from California’s world-renowned citrus groves.
Crafted to be smooth and approachable, this gin is perfect for both seasoned gin lovers and those new to the category. A bold orange aroma leads the way, softened by a gentle hint of juniper and a clean, citrus-forward finish. It's light, flavorful, and endlessly versatile.
Tasting Notes: Bright orange on the nose, subtle juniper mid-palate, and a crisp citrus finish
Cocktail Recommendation: Exceptionally smooth in a Gin & Soda, or your favorite refreshing spritz
California sunshine in every sip. A gateway gin for the curious and the classic.
