Complexity & Clarity
The culmination of years of research and experience with premium burr sets and their own iterative design, Option-O's Mizen burrs have been developed to serve a key role in determining the performance of their grinders—just as the mizzenmast does for a ship.
Designed to work optimally with the low RPM of the Lagom Casa grinder in order to deliver optimal grind quality, the omni-purpose 65CL Conical Burrs offer a balanced profile with medium-high clarity, enhanced sweetness with a juicy quality, and moderate body for both espresso and filter brewing.
Versatile and forgiving, with enhanced complexity and more nuanced layers in comparison to the 48mm Moonshine Burrs, the Mizen 65CL Burrs yield refined flavour separation alongside an elegant and approachable presentation of acidity, with a wide sweet spot to deliver delicious coffee for a broad range of preferences.
