We couldn’t keep this one under wraps any longer. Our Open Secret Shiraz–Cabernet Sauvignon blend invites you to unveil an occult regional classic. While many wine regions around the world work to imitate the historic blends of Bordeaux, Australia has branded its own Down Under spin. By blending France’s powerhouse grape Cabernet Sauvignon with Australia’s signature Shiraz, you’re left with a robust red featuring refreshing herbal aromas and ripe dark fruit flavors. These two sun-loving varieties can be found growing side by side in the arid vineyards of South Eastern Australia, where long, hot summers and dry conditions concentrate their rich fruit flavors and soften their structure. Our blend is bold, balanced and best when served at room temperature alongside salty barbecue and Australian meat pies. This is a secret you’ll be thrilled to share.
