Following stone-oven cooking and a musical fermentation process, the liquid is twice-distilled in copper pot stills. The defining characteristic of this limited release lies in its finish using rare Amburana wood casks, or "Brazilian oak," which are famously known for imparting exceptionally bold, aromatic baking spices.
