Joya de Nicaragua cigars have been at the center of Nicaraguan cigar development since the 1960s and are leading the charge once more with the rich, full-bodied Antano 1970. A nod to Joya de Nicaragua’s grand prestige of the 1970s, the Antano 1970 Churchill is a powerhouse of a smoke that has caught the attention of aficionados everywhere.
The Antano 1970 Churchill is a 6 7/8” x 48 Nicaraguan Puro that is wrapped in a dark Nicaraguan Habano Criollo leaf. A Nicaraguan binder surrounds the lush, aged Nicaraguan filler blend to complete the toothy smoke. The luscious Antano 1970 Churchill will prove a full-bodied experience that lasts nearly an hour and half.
The Antano 1970 delivers immense flavor right from the start and never lets up until the final puff. Raging swells of earth, pepper, wood and spice flavors swirl over the taste-buds while a leathery undertone follows throughout the heavy smoke. The Joya de Nicaragua Antano 1970 Churchill is only for the sturdiest of connoisseurs, but those that take the plunge will walk away with a smile on their face.
The Antano 1970 may not be for everyone’s taste, but then again it is a cigar so scrumptiously good it just might change your taste all together. Try the Antano 1970 Churchill after dinner and enjoy the rapturous experience that is Joya de Nicaragua!
