James Gin California Dreamgin is a vibrant celebration of California’s iconic counterculture spirit and natural abundance. Distilled with precision, this gin pays homage to the state's hippie movement while pushing the boundaries of traditional gin craftsmanship. Made with a unique base of Girolle mushrooms, it is certified by the Vegan Society, embracing a plant-based ethos. At 40% ABV, this is a sophisticated and compassionate spirit crafted for those who seek bold flavors and sustainable practices.
The taste profile is a delightful interplay of umami and herbaceous notes. The Girolle mushrooms impart fruity and peppery tones, with whispers of apricot weaving through the palate. Earthy, woody hints of patchouli add depth, while oregano enhances the savory character, balancing citrusy bursts of coriander and lemon peel. The result is a layered and intriguing gin that evolves with each sip, making it both complex and approachable.
Best enjoyed in imaginative cocktails or neat over ice, California Dreamgin offers a versatile drinking experience. Its distinct flavor complements herbal and citrus mixers, or it can stand out as the star in minimalist preparations. This gin invites you to savor its nuanced flavors and immerse yourself in the carefree, creative spirit it embodies.
