This 7 oz resealable pouch yields about 14 cups of reconstituted skim milk and is crafted from cows raised primarily on grass in Finland. The powder is lactose-free, skimmed for minimal fat, free of rBST/rBGH hormones, and labeled kosher and gluten-free. It’s intended as a versatile pantry staple for anyone who needs an easily digestible, shelf-stable milk option without fillers.
How does this milk powder perform as a coffee creamer and beverage base?
It dissolves smoothly into hot and cold liquids, lending a neutral, milky flavor without adding fat. The skim profile keeps drinks light while the higher protein content adds body so beverages don’t taste overly watery.
- Mixes easily into hot coffee or tea for creamy texture without oiliness.
- Reconstitute at typical milk ratios for drinking or adjust for thicker creamer.
- No added sugars or flavorings—works with sweeteners or syrups as desired.
What makes it suitable for baking, smoothies, and recipes?
Because it’s pure skim milk powder with a higher protein level, it boosts structure and nutrition in baked goods, pancakes, and protein shakes. The neutral taste integrates into recipes without altering intended flavors.
- Add to batters and doughs to improve texture and extend shelf life of mixes.
- Use in smoothies or shakes for extra protein without added fat.
- Measure like regular dry milk powder—simple substitution in most recipes.
Is it shelf-stable and convenient for emergency food storage?
The product is packaged in a resealable pouch designed for pantry storage and occasional use, making it a practical component of emergency supplies or compact kitchens. Properly resealed and stored in a cool, dry place, powdered skim milk remains usable far longer than fresh milk.
- Resealable bag preserves freshness between uses.
- Compact size fits pantry, RV, or camping kit without refrigeration.
- Lightweight for travel or emergency preparedness needs.
How does the sourcing and label information affect quality and dietary needs?
Cows are primarily grass-fed on Finnish farms, and the product is free from GMOs, rBST/rBGH hormones, and common allergens like gluten, with kosher certification. These sourcing and label details address dietary preferences and provide transparency for ingredient-sensitive shoppers.
- Non-GMO and hormone-free for cleaner ingredient expectations.
- Kosher and gluten-free labeling supports specific dietary choices.

Who is this for: shoppers seeking a low-fat, lactose-free milk alternative that still delivers protein and reconstitutes into versatile milk for daily drinks, recipes, or emergency storage.
