These three 16-ounce pints from Hawaiian Shaved Ice deliver shelf-stable, allergy-friendly sour cherry, sour grape, and sour blue raspberry syrup for shaved ice, drinks, and frozen treats.
Bright, tangy, and formulated for food-allergy awareness, this 3-pack contains ready-to-use syrup bottles that don’t require refrigeration and are the same style used by concession stands and shaved-ice vendors. Each durable plastic pint concentrates flavor so you can top snow cones, spike mocktails, or infuse popsicles with vibrant sour fruit taste—no mixing or diluting necessary.
How much syrup does one pint make and how is it used?
Each 16-ounce (pint) bottle is concentrated to flavor multiple servings. At a typical serving size of 2 ounces per six-ounce snow cone, a pint yields about eight flavored cones; you can adjust for stronger or milder taste depending on the treat.
- Yield: roughly 8 six-ounce snow cones per pint at 2 oz each.
- Use straight from the bottle—no water or refrigeration required.
- Portions increase or decrease flavor intensity for drinks or desserts.
What recipes and drinks work best with these sour syrups?
The sour cherry, grape, and blue raspberry flavors pair with a wide variety of frozen and cold preparations. They brighten Italian sodas, sparkling water, granitas, slushies, and homemade popsicles, and also make colorful mocktails or mixers for adult beverages.
- Shaved ice, snow cones, and snowball treats.
- Italian sodas, seltzer mixes, and fruity slushies.
- Popsicles, granitas, smoothies, and flavored coffee or hot chocolate accents.
Are these syrups allergy-friendly and how long do they last?
Formulated to be safe for many common allergies, these syrups contain no nuts, soy, wheat, dairy, starch, flour, or egg products. They’re shelf-stable high-fructose corn syrup formulations with a typical unopened shelf life of two to three years, making them convenient for parties or seasonal use.
- Nut-free and free of major common allergens listed on the label.
- Shelf life: about 2–3 years unopened; store in a cool, dry place.

What makes these flavors stand out compared to other syrups?
Each flavor aims for a balanced sweet-and-sour profile without a cloying chemical aftertaste, modeled on classic concession-stand syrups. Bottled in North Carolina and used by professional shaved-ice stands, they recreate the nostalgic carnival flavors many people expect.
- Sour notes tuned to resemble tart fruit juice with bright sweetness.
- Made with natural and artificial flavoring for consistent taste.
- Packaged in durable plastic pints that resist spills and travel well.
