Gold Coffee Co. Sea Salt Caramel is a 12 oz. bag of ground, flavored Arabica coffee that blends buttery caramel, a hint of sea salt, and subtle vanilla for a sweet, balanced cup.
Carefully roasted and produced in-house by a family- and farmer-owned company, this ground coffee is designed for everyday brewing methods and for drinkers who prefer flavored cups without overpowering artificial tastes. The blend uses 100% Arabica beans sourced to meet the brand’s farm-grade standards, then roasted and packaged under the Gold Coffee Company roof to ensure consistency from roast to shelf.
What flavor profile can I expect in my morning cup?
You’ll notice a buttery caramel backbone brightened by a faint sea-salt note and rounded with creamy vanilla. The flavoring is crafted to enhance the natural coffee character, not mask it, so acidity, body, and roast character remain evident.
- Primary taste: rich caramel sweetness
- Secondary note: delicate sea salt for balance
- Finish: soft vanilla that smooths the aftertaste
- Bean type: 100% Arabica for cleaner flavor clarity
How should I brew this ground flavored coffee for the best results?
This ground coffee works well with common household brewers: drip machines, pour-over, French press, and single-serve cone brewers. Use fresh, filtered water and adjust grind-to-water ratios to suit your preferred strength since the coffee is pre-ground and optimized for medium-brew methods.
- Recommended ratio: 1 to 2 tablespoons per 6 ounces of water
- Brew methods: drip, pour-over, French press, and cone machines
- Water temperature: 195–205°F (just off boil) for best extraction
- Store opened bag in a cool, dry place for flavor longevity
How does Gold Coffee Co. ensure consistent quality across bags?
Gold Coffee Company manages roasting, flavoring, and packaging in-house so every 12 oz. bag follows the same production standards. The brand’s family- and farmer-owned structure means they control sourcing criteria and roasting profiles to produce repeatable flavor outcomes.
- In-house roasting and flavoring for consistent profiles
- Sourced 100% Arabica beans meeting farm-level standards
- Quality checks during packaging to maintain aroma and freshness
- Small-batch processes help reduce lot-to-lot variation
Is this flavored coffee suitable for specialty drinks or everyday sipping?
Sea Salt Caramel is versatile enough for daily cups and also complements milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. The added sweetness and vanilla smoothness pair well with milk and milk alternatives, while the salt note keeps the flavor from becoming cloying in richer preparations.
- Great for black coffee lovers who enjoy a sweet twist
- Mixes well with steamed milk for flavored lattes and mochas
- Works in cold brew if you prefer chilled, mellowed flavor
- 12 oz. bag provides several servings for regular home use
Who this is for: This 12 oz. ground Sea Salt Caramel blend is aimed at coffee drinkers who want a reliably flavored cup without sacrificing bean quality. Ideal for those who enjoy sweet, dessert-like profiles in their daily coffee, people who brew at home with standard equipment, and anyone who values a family-owned brand that controls roasting and packaging. If you prefer single-origin or unflavored black coffee, consider other Gold Coffee Co. offerings; if you like approachable flavored blends that still showcase Arabica character, this is a strong fit.
