Grapes for this wine were picked at -10 C or colder; cold enough to solidify the berries. During pressing, sugars, acids and flavour components slowly drip out, while leaving water as ice in the press. A natural concentration occurs without altering delicate fruit flavours. Fragrant aromas of peach, pink grapefruit and honeyed green apple. A decadent dessert. The epitome of wine. This wine is meant to be sipped and enjoyed with dessert, or on its own. The flavours lock into the taste buds and linger…, linger…, linger. The epitome of wine. Nature's gift to mankind as liquid gold.
