Winning 94 points anywhere is impressive, but it's doubly so when it comes from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. The 2017 Pinot Noir from Gary Farrell is an outstanding showcase of the Russian River Valley appellation and is sourced from Hallberg, Rochioli, and Martaella vineyard sites. This elegant Pinot Noir opens with alluring aromas of Bing cherry, pomegranate, boysenberry syrup, and preserved raspberries. Flavors of cremini mushrooms and cherry cola with hints of white pepper and clove unfold on the palate. The supple tannins develop into a soft, silky finish complemented with abundant acidity on the finish.
