Nick Melillo of Foundation Cigars is renowned for his mastery of the Connecticut leaf, with an ever-growing portfolio of Connecticut-centric blends from which to choose. None are as captivating or unique as the exquisite Tabernacle Havana Seed CT-142 blend. Putting a rare Connecticut Habano wrapper to magnificent use, the Havana Seed CT-142 Toro delivers a harmonious adventure that is at once satisfying, smooth, spicy, and sweet.
The Tabernacle Havana Seed CT-142 Toro begins with a top-shelf core of Nicaraguan and Honduran filler tobacco. A velvety Mexican San Andres binder is added to the mix, with a rare Connecticut-grown Havana Seed CT-142 wrapper leaf that must go through three years of fermentation to tame its rich and oily character.
The Tabernacle Havana Seed CT-142 Toro delivers a medium-to-full-bodied smoke. The captivating 6” x 52 cigar enchants with every puff, unloading thick flavors of anise, nut, cocoa, baking spice, and cedar onto the palate. The entertaining smoke maintains earthy and creamy undercurrents throughout, as it crescendos to a sweet and spicy finish.
If you want a blend that satisfies your urges for both sweet and spicy flavors without sacrificing smoothness or complexity, then the Tabernacle Havana Seed CT-142 Toro is an absolute must-have smoke. Enjoy with well-aged bourbon, rum, or tequila for downright tasty results.
