The E.P. Carrillo Encore Valientes (5.5 x 52) delivers a rich, refined smoking experience that showcases Ernesto Perez-Carrillo’s mastery of balance and flavor. Wrapped in a beautifully aged Nicaraguan Habano Rosado wrapper and filled with 100% Nicaraguan tobaccos, this medium-to-full-bodied cigar offers layered notes of cedar, toasted almond, baking spice, earth, and natural sweetness, all delivered with exceptional smoothness. The 52 ring gauge keeps the flavors focused while allowing the blend’s complexity to shine.
Encore is a landmark blend in the E.P. Carrillo portfolio, earning Cigar Aficionado’s #1 Cigar of the Year honors and cementing Ernesto Carrillo’s reputation as one of the greatest blenders of his generation. Rolled at the renowned Tabacalera La Alianza in the Dominican Republic, Encore reflects Carrillo’s signature style—elegant, deeply layered, and impeccably constructed.
In the Valientes size, the cigar burns evenly with a flawless draw, producing thick, aromatic smoke and smooth transitions throughout. The profile builds steadily, finishing with a long, refined aftertaste that never overwhelms the palate.
For smokers who appreciate sophistication with substance, the Encore Valientes delivers award-winning flavor in a perfectly balanced format—a modern classic that defines refined Nicaraguan craftsmanship.
