Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced by Suntory, one of Japan’s most respected spirits houses, Kanáde White Peach is part of a premium liqueur line designed specifically for high-end cocktail applications.
The name “Kanáde” translates roughly to “to play music”, reflecting the brand’s philosophy of harmonizing flavors—where each ingredient contributes to a balanced and expressive whole.
The liqueur is crafted using carefully selected white peaches, known in Japan for their fragrant aroma, soft texture, and refined sweetness. The production emphasizes:
- Gentle extraction of natural peach aromatics
- A clean, transparent base spirit to preserve fruit purity
- Precision blending to maintain balance, not sweetness overload
Unlike many fruit liqueurs, Kanáde is designed to be elegant and mixable, rather than syrupy or overly sweet.
