Containing 24 or 25 individually wax-sealed 30ml sample bottles hidden behind numbered doors, this assortment showcases a wide range of world-renowned craft distilleries, boutique producers, and celebrated international brands. The set spans classic London Drys, aromatic modern botanicals, Old Tom, Navy Strength, fruit-infused, and festive seasonal gins.
Food Pairing: Holiday charcuterie boards, festive roast turkey crostini, smoked salmon blinis, mince pies, gingerbread cookies, or Christmas pudding.
Tasting Notes: Clear to varied pale amber, pink, and ruby hues across individual drams, with light-to-medium bodies and diverse mouthfeels.
Nose: Intensely varied across drams, ranging from classic piney juniper and zesty citrus peel to festive holiday spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg), floral blossoms, and rich orchard fruit.
Palate: Expansive spectrum covering crisp juniper, warming winter baking spices, tart berries, sweet orange zest, and herbaceous botanical depth across different days.
Finish: Varied per dram, finishing generally clean, dry, and warming with persistent notes of holiday spice, pine, and citrus oil.
Serve: Enjoy each 30ml dram neat in a spirits tasting glass behind its daily door, over ice, or paired with premium tonic water and tailored festive garnishes.
