Bright, expressive, and full of promise. Dawn captures the first light of day in a cup. Roasted light to let the origin shine, this roast highlights the delicate complexity of shade-grown coffee from the Campesino Committee of the Highlands (CCDA) in Sololá, Guatemala.
Grown beneath a natural forest canopy and produced under the Fair Trade Plus model, this coffee supports Indigenous farmers fighting for land justice, sustainability, and self-determination. Every bean tells a story of resilience and care.
A light roast with deep roots. Ethical, transparent, and unapologetically bright.
