That's My Jam is back! As the cooler weather returns, we wanted to craft a sweeter, richer, more full-bodied seasonal blend, reminiscent of canning the summer's harvest of fresh fruit and berries to be enjoyed all winter long. That's My Jam is an omniroast blend of some of the season's best coffees featuring a blackberry wine yeast co-fermented castillo from Colombia, natural Ethiopia, and a 120-hour anaerobic washed processed geisha from Peru.
When we drink this coffee we think of...
blueberry jam, blackberry, mulled wine
Origin: Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia
Process: Mixed Co-Fermented
We are enjoying this coffee as...
