Dave's 16 Oz Original All Natural Cold Brewed Coffee Syrup is a sweet, all-natural coffee-flavored syrup made from cold brewed coffee and pure cane sugar for making coffee milk and flavoring drinks and desserts.
Born from a Rhode Island tradition, this 16-fluid-ounce bottle captures the smooth, deep taste of cold brewed coffee balanced with pure cane sugar. It’s formulated as a syrup — not a concentrate or brewed-coffee substitute — so you can easily sweeten milk, coffee, cocktails, desserts and more without brewing. The straightforward ingredient list and classic recipe make it a convenient pantry staple for people who want authentic coffee flavor without extra additives.
How do I use this syrup to make classic coffee milk?
Making coffee milk is quick: combine cold milk with Dave’s syrup and stir until blended. Start with a smaller ratio and adjust to taste; the syrup dissolves easily and adds both sweetness and coffee flavor without bitterness.
- Standard mix: 2 tablespoons syrup per 8 ounces of milk, stir or shake until combined.
- For iced coffee milk: pour syrup over ice, add milk, stir gently.
- Hot version: warm milk first, then whisk in syrup for a creamy beverage.
What other drinks and recipes benefit from this coffee syrup?
Dave’s syrup works as a versatile flavoring agent across beverages and recipes, bringing coffee notes and sweetness in one step. It’s ideal for baristas, home bartenders, bakers and anyone experimenting with coffee-infused dishes.
- Cocktails: mix with spirits and citrus for coffee-forward cocktails.
- Baked goods and desserts: swirl into frostings, glazes, or brownie batter.
- Smoothies and shakes: blend with ice cream or yogurt for an easy mocha boost.
What’s in the bottle and how does the flavor profile taste?
This product contains cold brewed coffee and pure cane sugar, keeping the ingredient list simple and transparent. The cold brew base yields a smooth, rounded coffee character with natural sweetness and minimal acidity compared with hot-brewed coffee.
- Flavor: deep coffee notes with a mellow finish and clean sweetness.
- Texture: syrupy but pourable, blends smoothly into liquids and batters.
- Use note: designed to add flavor and sweetness, not replace brewed coffee.
