When launching Crowned Heads cigars, co-founders Jon Huber and Mike Conder used the same outside-the-box thinking that helped develop their former home, CAO cigars into the mega-hit they are today. With a deeply rooted sense of family and a bit of rebelliousness, the team delivered one of the all-time great debut cigars: Four Kicks.
Handmade in the Dominican Republic by cigar guru Ernesto Perez-Carrillo’s superstars at Tabacalera La Arianza, the Four Kicks Robusto is a 90-rated 5” x 50 stunner that will make almost any cigar enthusiast a believer. Lush Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos are encased in a richly textured Ecuadorian Habano wrapper leaf to create the ultimate 50 minute or so smoke.
The medium-bodied Four Kicks Robusto flares into action with a hearty burst of leather, pepper and spice notes which are tied together by an enticing sweet nuance. As the smoke settles into a calmer character, thick waves of wood and coffee swirl about as hints of nuts round out the deliciously complex journey.
Originally inspired by a Kings of Leon song, the Four Kicks by Crowned Heads is a must for any cigar lover who desires balance in size, body and flavor. Fire up a Four Kicks Robusto and enjoy the immensity of pleasure with your favorite whiskey-infused cocktail for a gloriously gratifying Happy Hour escape!
