Bottled at 50% ABV, Chicken Cock Ryeteous Blonde takes a straight rye whiskey and gives it a second stay in beer barrels. That finishing period layers yeast and hop character over the spirit's natural rye backbone, with caramel sweetness running through the middle.
The result is a high-proof rye that reads as more than just spice. Beer-derived notes push the profile into complex territory, making this 750 ml release one for drinkers who follow experimental cask work.
