After maturing as a Pennsylvania rye, this whiskey spends time in casks that once held honey, and the effect shows. Peppery rye grain carries through first, followed by a gentle honeyed sweetness, oak, and a light floral note underneath.
Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it keeps the backbone of a classic rye while the secondary cask adds another layer to the finish. The result is a craft whiskey that pairs traditional distilling with a less common finishing choice.
