Bones Coffee Company Cherry Ice Cream Flavored Coffee is a medium-roast, low-acid Arabica blend delivering creamy vanilla-sweetness and bright cherry notes in a versatile 12 oz ground package.
This coffee blends ethically sourced Brazilian Arabica beans with natural flavoring to create a dessert-inspired cup that works hot or iced. Roasted in small batches and sealed in a resealable bag, the roast focuses on a balanced medium profile so the cherry and creamy tones shine without overwhelming bitterness. The grind in this package is optimized for auto-drip machines but the whole-bean version is available for custom grinds like French press or pour-over.
How will this flavored coffee taste in the cup?
The profile is centered on a smooth medium roast with a prominent cherry sweetness and a soft creamy finish that mimics cherry ice cream. Acidity is kept low so the fruity notes feel rounded rather than sharp, and the body leans toward medium so it feels satisfying without being heavy.
- Primary flavors: ripe cherry and vanilla-like cream
- Roast level: medium for balanced sweetness and aroma
- Mouthfeel: medium body with a smooth finish
- Acidity: low for gentler taste and reduced bite
What brewing methods work best with this ground coffee?
The pre-ground 12 oz bag is calibrated for standard auto-drip machines, giving consistent extraction and clear flavor. If you prefer immersion or manual methods, buy whole beans and grind to the appropriate coarseness for French press, pour-over, or cold brew to maximize aromatic nuance.
- Auto-drip: use the included grind for straightforward brewing
- French press: grind coarser from whole beans for richer body
- Pour-over: medium-fine grind from whole beans highlights clarity
- Cold brew: coarse grind and long steep to mellow the sweetness
Is this coffee suitable for special diets or sensitive stomachs?
This flavored coffee is vegan and keto-friendly since no dairy or sugars are added to the beans. Its lower acidity profile can be easier on sensitive stomachs compared with brighter roasts, but individual tolerance varies and it contains natural coffee oils and flavoring.
- Vegan and keto: no added milk, sugar, or carbs in the beans
- Low-acid roast: gentler on sensitivity for many drinkers
- Allergens: free from dairy, but check label for flavoring details
- Packaging: resealable bag preserves freshness after opening
How is the coffee sourced and packaged?
Bones Coffee sources Arabica beans from Brazil and roasts them in small batches in the USA to retain freshness and consistent flavor. Each 12 oz bag is sealed with a resealable closure to lock in aroma and shipped ready for everyday use.
- Bean origin: Brazilian Arabica for smooth, sweet base notes
- Roasting: artisan small-batch approach for quality control
- Packaging: resealable 12 oz bag for extended freshness
- Available formats: ground for auto-drip and whole beans for custom grinding
