Produced in Weston, Missouri, this limited release highlights the distillery's Soft Red Wheat mash bill and the unique character developed through extended maturation in new American oak barrels.
Distilled in June 2017 and matured for approximately 7 years and 10 months before bottling, this single barrel expression delivers remarkable concentration, complexity and individuality. Unlike small-batch releases, every flavour note comes from one individual cask, allowing the barrel's unique personality to shine through. Crafted from a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% wheat and 15% malted barley and aged in new American oak, it offers a rich and layered bourbon experience.
