Frederick I, better known as Barbarossa or “Red Beard” was a crusading emperor known for his charisma and lasting energy. And the Ave Maria cigar that bears his name has all the charisma and energy to match. From the experts at Tabacalera Fernandez, the Ave Maria Barbarossa will deliver a truly kingly experience.
The Ave Maria Barbarossa is created from a filler recipe of Nicaraguan Ligero, Nicaraguan Viso and Honduran Viso tobaccos. These are then placed in a Nicaraguan Habano binder wrapped up by an Ecuadorian Habano leaf. The result is utterly mouth-watering smoke with texture and taste to spare.
An easy flowing draw lures earth, coffee, leather and wood flavors to the palate that are subtly enhanced by notes of cream and spice. The 7” x 48 Barbarossa is a true medium-bodied cigar that will set you on a course for a solid hour and half smoke with a big, delicious finish.
Ave Maria Barbarossa is the kind of cigar that will cause you to toss the “To-Do” list aside and disappear to your favorite hide-out for some quality smoking time! Ignite an Ave Maria and pair with a fine Irish Whisky or with a nice and tall, cool Rye ale.
