Disruptive tradition. Angel’s Envy Bottled-in-Bond Cask Strength Bourbon turns the rules on their head — a bourbon meeting the Bottled-in-Bond Act standards yet still a cask-strength expression. Aged for nearly six years in Kentucky, then non-finished, this bourbon is bold but balanced. At exactly 100 proof, it retains authenticity while packing serious character.
The nose welcomes baked apples, cherries, dried apricots, syrupy brown sugar, and gentle cedar. On the palate, expect caramel, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves walking alongside mild dry oak and warm spice. The finish blossoms into black pepper, anise, cedar, and lingering warmth. Designed for both collectors and everyday sippers who appreciate nuance and heritage, this bottle redefines what “bonded” can mean.
