Yellow Spot embodies the essence of juicy red apples. With a sophisticated and complex character, this whiskey incorporates full-term matured whiskey from ex-Malaga casks, imparting exotic nuances to the blend. On the nose, one can detect notes of mown hay and cracked black pepper, alongside red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil, and green tea. Sweet honey and peaches from the Malaga casks add to the aromatic complexity. The palate reveals honey sweetness intertwined with pot still spices, accompanied by flavors reminiscent of fresh coffee, creamy milk chocolate, and Crème Brûlée, with hints of red apples and toasted oak. The finish is elegantly sophisticated and complex, characterized by a persistent sweetness followed by a blend of red grape and dry barley notes upon departure.
