What could be more Victoria than local ale and a shaft, now happily non-alcoholic. Whistle Buoy brew out of their iconic taproom in Downtown Victoria's historic market square, using locally grown and malted grain to make award-winning and spectacular alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers of all stripes.
This perfect new cool climate sipper combines roasty malts, coconut-y hops and local coffee to create the ultimate cocktail ale. Shafts typically combine elements of liquor, coffee and cream to make a tippler's pick-me-up. Transformed into a stout, brewed non-alcoholic in small batches with love attention, this is a fantastic option for all times of the day and week.
