Legacy Batch 001 presents a distinguished blend of three aged whiskeys. Its primary component is a bourbon from Indiana, made predominantly from corn with just a touch of malted barley, and aged for 7 to 8 years to develop a bold corn profile enriched by subtle influences from the cask. Complementing the bourbon is a finely matured Canadian rye from Alberta, which, after 20 years of aging, contributes warm spices and hints of sweet butterscotch. Rounding out the blend is a four-year-old, malt-forward American Single Malt that introduces notes of vanilla, smoke, and caramel from new American oak casks.
This unique whiskey blend embodies a spirit of innovation and challenges the conventional boundaries of flavor. Aimed at connoisseurs who appreciate complex, multi-layered profiles, Whiskey JYPSI offers a rich taste adventure for those in pursuit of a distinguished drink. Place your order today to add this remarkable blend to your collection.
