Westland Sherry Oak Single Malt Whiskey
Crafted in Seattle, Washington, this single malt whiskey is a reflection of the Pacific Northwest’s dedication to quality and flavour. Distilled using a mash bill of five different roasted and kilned barley malts, it is matured primarily in new American oak casks.
Drawing inspiration from traditional Scotch whisky-making, this American single malt carries its own bold identity, emphasising balance, richness, and character. A true representation of the growing American single malt movement, it bridges tradition and innovation with impressive depth.
- Westland Sherry Oak Single Malt Whiskey has a nose full of maple syrup, raisins, and freshly baked cookies. Enjoy a touch of dried orchard fruit
- The palate of Westland American Oak Single Malt Whiskey opens with kiwi, then evolves into syrup-soaked pastries
- Mid-palate builds into darker sweets, molasses and brown sugar ,with layers of toasted malt and cocoa
- The finish delivers a wave of stewed yellow fruits, gentle oak spice and a soft fade of vanilla
This single malt pairs beautifully with rich, savoury dishes like glazed pork chops or smoked duck. It also complements dessert courses, such as sticky toffee pudding or pecan pie, enhancing the whiskey’s layered sweetness. Serve neat to fully appreciate its flavour evolution, or with a splash of water to bring out its fruity backbone.
